K Anime’s 2nd Season Unveils 3rd Teaser and New Character Visual

It was reported a few months ago that K anime is going to have its second season and King Records recently uploaded a new teaser for the upcoming series! The new season, called K: Return of Kings, will premiere in October and will be directed by Shingo Suzuki who will also serve as the character designer.

The official website also unveiled a new character visual together with the staff and main cast, which includes:

Yūichi Nakamura (Rikio Kamamoto), Shozo Iizuka (Daikaku Kokujōji) and Kazuyuki Okitsu (Nagare Hisui) are also part of the cast. GoHands will again produce the anime series which was first aired on October 5 to December 8, 2012. The 13-episode anime was followed by K: Missing Kings, an anime film which was released on July 12 last year. The series has also spawned several manga adaptations written by GoRA, and a visual novel game developed by Otomate was also released in 2014.

“Noragami” Anime to Return with a Second Season

A second season is confirmed to take place for the anime adaptation of Adachitoka’s manga “Noragami”! The May issue of Kodansha’s Monthly Shounen Magazine revealed the good news which will also signal the return of the staff and cast of the first season of the said anime series which ran from January to March last year. The 12-episode series was produced by Studio Bones and directed by Kotaro Tamura. Hiroshi Kamiya and Maaya Uchida, the main actors from the first season, will also return as Yato and Hiyori Iki, respectively, together with Yuuki Kaji, Miyuki Sawashiro, Jun Fukuyama and Daisuke Ono, among others.

Tokyo Ghoul Reveals its Visual and Title for the Second Season

After the schedule for the broadcast of Tokyo Ghoul’s second season was announced, the official website of the anime series then unveiled a key visual for the upcoming adaptation next year. The newest season, which is slated to be aired on January 8, 2015 on Tokyo MX, is entitled Tokyo Ghoul √A (Root A).

An advance screening of the first episode will be also hosted by Tokyo’s TOHO Cinemas Nihonbashi  on January 4.
